most criminology instructors teaching patrol opns and Police Org & Adm hasn't tasted what patrol is, more so, havent seen foreign cops system ....bookie type just to comply with criminology board type modules. 30 years ago, PCCr instructor never used police books on LEA subjects, they taught the true grit of the subjects unlike today. In fact the 2 subjects above is the heart and soul of the police business.the business of criminology education today focus mainly on status ratings, hence we got serious problems on police attitudes as public servants.

I agree with the observation that most LEA instructors are actually not active PNP patrol officers. This is why it is very important that not just because your instructor is a criminologist he or she is already qualified to teach all criminology subjects. It is more practical and reliable to have instructors who has actual experience in the position he or she is teaching. How can an instructor teach forensics and ballistics subjects if they do not have any actual background or expirience in the subject matter. Criminology is a technical field. It is recommended to have an equal balance of professors to teach criminology subjects, however specialized subjects must be handled by subject experst in that field.

ok lang pag papatrol sa kalye kaso like the other said gas allocation kulang specialy sasakayan nd gamit ng pulis saka the worst is specialy if they have operation they have no equipment kulang na kulang supporta ng pamahalaan sa pulisya its better if we have a good equipment as well as good vehicle kc we are the one who's keeping the community safe and restoring peace and order but so sad that we dont have enough support and budget to fill our needs and because of that many of our fellow officer died in the line of service due to not enough support and equipment
